Your credit card will be charged only for the amount indicated on your order and this includes shipping and packaging. We ship to any personal address, excluding P.O.Boxes/APO/FPO adresses. Any items that are out of stock will be notified to you by email.

Q: How long does it take until I receive my product(s)?
A: We use registered International Airmail for all of our orders. The final delivery time depends on the reliability of your postal service. From order to arrival of shipment generally takes between ca. 10 and 15 business days. After an order is placed at www.medoutlet.net, the Costumer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order. Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Costumer a possibility to change or update his/her address and/or the order items. Q: Why has the name of my medication changed?
A: Each active ingredient has a standard (generic) name, it is also given an individual trade name by each company that makes it. Eg Salbutamol inhaler may be called Ventolin, Salbulin or Salamol. Just as a vacuum cleaner may be called Hoover, Dyson or Electrolux.
